do something about it!

SO this morning I woke up and went for a speed walk with Phoebe for a hour then came home and did 1/2 hour of yoga booty ballet. I was going to do the 30 day shred but that is one I have to do when the neighbors down stairs are not home. Lots of Jumping jacks :) I worked up a sweat and felt great. What a change. I havent been feeling great. I know that I had out on the weight that I lost but then when I started to put on more, I got mad. So this morning I did something about it.  I have made a lot of changes in my life and felt like everything was coming into place but I forgot to take care of myself.

Letting go and getting ready for new

So I have been doing a lot of cleaning out of the house and my life latley.
Feeling like I am older suddenly.
Like the more that I possess the more I am burdened.
I have had a renewal of Faith.
Faith I knew was there I just needed to make sure it was the right fit.
There is life after a broken heart.
You know that something is not right when you get hurt again and it doesnt phase you.
You feel triumphant when you realize that you no longer love the person that hurt you.
I feel hopeful for the things that are to come.
I feel like I know that he is out there, maybe saying goodbye to someone himself.
Maybe seeing me for the first time or the 100th.
I feel ready.
I feel patient for the first time.
He will be worth the wait.
Untill then I will continue to prepare myself.
Its the least I can do right ;0)
