do something about it!


SO this morning I woke up and went for a speed walk with Phoebe for a hour then came home and did 1/2 hour of yoga booty ballet. I was going to do the 30 day shred but that is one I have to do when the neighbors down stairs are not home. Lots of Jumping jacks :) I worked up a sweat and felt great. What a change. I havent been feeling great. I know that I had out on the weight that I lost but then when I started to put on more, I got mad. So this morning I did something about it.  I have made a lot of changes in my life and felt like everything was coming into place but I forgot to take care of myself.
